ADN Strategy is a consulting firm that specializes on developing and creating client specific marketing content and communication strategies for companies, institutions, associations and NGOs that are people driven and socially committed. Our DNA

Awa DIA is an expert in Communication, Marketing and Projects Management.
She has over 20 years of experience with proven track records in brand building, leading strategic communication and crafting innovative Public Affairs campaigns for multinationals and Pan-African companies in the Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage and Fintech sectors (Total, Elton, Siagro-Kirene, Wari).
Awa is a graduate of the University of Paris Sorbonne (Master’s Degree). She is a passionate public relations expert who provided a competitive edge to the companies she previously worked with as Marketing Director (Elton and Kirene) or Chief Communications Officer (Wari Group). Her many achievements in establishing brand identity involved the development of simultaneous marketing and communication strategies in different markets, consistent with the image and strength of the brand while having a tailor-made approach for each market.
Recognized for her strong moral values and humanitarian approach to societal issues Awa DIA is the Founder and President of ADN Strategy, a dynamic consulting firm with a unique vocation for excellence.

Awa’s DNA (ADN in French) is creativity combined with a rigorous analytical approach to design and manage an original and inspiring communication strategy that engages and unites employees and partners around a culture of excellence and performance.
She is passionate about capacity development and inspirational leadership styles of management with particular focus on the African continent.

Awa DIA is a member and communications manager of the Women Investment Club Senegal.
She is a mentor for the Tony Elumelu Foundation for Entrepreneurship and Seed Project (Sport, Education and Leadership).
Awa DIA also collaborates with several United Nations bodies (UNFPA and UNWomen) as part of their regional and country communication strategy.
